At Aldo Saudi Arabia, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 14 days of the delivery date. Please ensure that all products are in their original packaging, unworn, and accompanied by the original invoice.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and submit a request.
Pack the Items
Place the items in their original Aldo box along with the original receipt and ensure all tags are still attached.
Hand Over to Courier
Our authorized courier partner will contact you within 2-3 business days to schedule a pickup from your provided address.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method or as store credit.
