What are the shipping costs and delivery times within Saudi Arabia?
We offer standard delivery across all major cities in KSA. Shipping is free for orders above 299 SAR. For orders below this amount, a flat fee of 25 SAR applies. Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days.
What is your return and exchange policy?
You can return or exchange your items within 14 days of the delivery date, provided they are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings and insoles cannot be returned.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment options including Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard), Mada, Apple Pay, and Tamara for split payments. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for a small additional processing fee.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking number and a link to our courier partner's portal so you can monitor your package in real-time.
